Delivery times
Our artwork takes between 10 and 12 days to complete, you will then receive an email preview from our email address (orders@charliesdrawings.com ). Once you approve the drawing we then send the artwork on whatever method you chose. Here are the times for each delivery methodΒ
Email - Instant (after original 10 to 12 days)Β
Canvases & Framed Prints - 3 to 5 business days shipped via My Hermes where possible and if not Royal Mail. We recommend paying the Β£1.50 extra to get this trackable.Β

Return policy
With personalised artwork we have a strict no refund/return policy, this is because your item cannot be restocked and re sold. However if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order simply reply back to your preview email with the changes youβd like to be made and we will do it! FREE OF CHARGE. This is why the preview stage is so important, if you approve your artwork at this stage and we send a Canvas/ Framed Print there is no way it can be edited after this point.Β
Shipping Policy
Once your artwork has been approved we ship the next day (Mon to Fri), please take this into consideration with expected delivery times. The canvases will be shipped and delivered within the 3 to 5 business days, on the 5th business day if your canvas or framed print hasn't arrived please email and we can chase up if you have paid for the tracking option.Β
Β If you would like to express your shipping at this point you can pay Β£6.99 extra and have it delivered the next day (pre 11am).Β
Damages to canvases and Framed prints in the post will result in us sending a replacement free of charge.Β
Order cancelationΒ
If after a couple of hours you decided you don't want the portrait you can cancel your order providing our artist hasn't started work. To find this out its best to message us on our facebook page as this has the quickest response.
