The artwork itself takes approximately 10–12 days. If you choose a printed or canvas version, allow a further 3–5 business days for delivery.

Yes. We can draw from separate pictures—two clear photos are even better as we can see more facial detail.

The more the merrier! There’s no limit to the number of people in a single artwork—you can include as many people as you want.

Absolutely—we love drawing pets, and they’re priced the same as humans.

Not as a standard option. If you’d like a larger size, the best route is digital delivery so you can print on photo paper or canvas at any size. Our drawings are high-resolution, so quality won’t be an issue.

We accept payments through credit card.

At the moment we do not offer cash on delivery. You can choose from our electronic payment options. Payment is required to commence with the drawing.

All our portraits are created by hand using digital tools. We can email the final piece to you or have it printed on photo-grade paper or canvas, at the size you choose.

As we use original photographs, we don’t typically make changes. However, if something is majorly wrong, we’ll adjust based on customer feedback. The final decision in all cases comes down to Charlie.

Canvases and prints are sent via services including MyHermes, Royal Mail & APC, depending on your location.
